Imaginary Helicopters is formally seeking a Wet Lease (ACMI) agreement for an Airbus H140 to support our emergency medical services in Mongolia Operational Requirements: Aircraft Type: Airbus H140 Configuration: Full EMS/HEMS Interior (Single/Dual Stretcher, Medical Oxygen, Suction, and 230V AC Power). Lease Structure: Wet Lease (ACMI) – To include pilots, line/base maintenance, and hull/liability insurance. Mission Profile: 24/7 EMS HEMS operations including scene response and inter-hospital transfers. Special Equipment: NVG (Night Vision Goggles) compatibility and high-intensity searchlight required. Contract Term: 3 years Guaranteed Monthly Hours: 40 Hours We are looking for a partner with a proven track record in aeromedical safety.
