Looking for an H160 Dry Lease

I am writing on behalf of Imaginary Helicopters to formally request a proposal for the dry lease of one (1) Airbus H160 helicopter. We are looking to expand our current fleet to meet increasing demand for Corporate/VIP transport and have identified the H160 as our preferred platform due to its efficiency and safety profile. Proposed Lease Terms: Aircraft Type: Airbus H160 (Standard or VIP Configuration preferred) Lease Structure: Dry Lease (Lessor provides hull; Lessee provides crew, fuel, and insurance) Term Length: 24 Months (with option to extend) Anticipated Start: May 1, 2026 Operational Base: Sao Paolo, Brasil Projected Utilization: 450 – 600 flight hours per annum Maintenance: To be performed by our [EASA/FAA] Part 145 certified facility. Please let us know if you have a hull available in your current portfolio or coming off-lease in early 2026.
